It really works. A hands free orgasm. And a powerful one at that. Even in my case, having ED due to prostatectomy. The only things I’d like to see improved our quieter operation and softer rubber.

I wish there was a way to have an adjustable band that the vibrators connect to, and a way to have an app to control it and create patterns with it, though I'm sure many people have suggested that. Still have to get used to using it, and sadly my deadened sensitivity does make it a bit trickier to use. All that being said, it's still a wonderful toy! Easy to use, very straightforward, and very effective, even with my deadened nerve ending I have no problem using this toy as intended, just takes longer than it should! I 100% recommend this toy, a unique way to explore different feelings and something I plan on using and replacing when it eventually breaks until the 2.0 is made!

When we received our unit it did not operate correctly. It turned out that it was shipped with a DOA button battery. HO acknowledged that this problem was so common that they had since changed the design of the battery compartment to prevent battery drain during storage and shipping. But surprisingly they were unwilling to either replace or reimburse the DOA battery, even though they admitted it was their fault.

I am very happy with my purchase and it does what it says and very well.

When the Pulse Solo Essential started malfunctioning after a month of use I contacted Hot Octopuss Customer Service for warranty repair. Cheryl was great, quick in responding to my message, patient and thorough in understanding the problem, polite and professional in offering advice, and always honest about what the next step would be. Other companies should follow the lead of Hot Octopuss and provide such good customer service. I will be recommending Hot Octopuss products to others.

Instructions are horrible. There is no mention that you need to unscrew the remote in order to pull the battery tab off. The special screwdriver needed to unscrew. The remote was not included in the packaging, and I had no way to remove the screw. if a mechanic friend of mine hadn’t fixed it I would have had to return the product. since I teach courses on SexTech across the country, I will be certain not to recommend your product in the future

The customer service provided is some of the best I have ever received! Quick to respond, resolved all problems and followed up to make sure everything was up to par.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my partner and it was only a week and a half before Christmas. Not only did the gift arrive on time, it was so much fun for the both of us! I will definitely be looking for other products by your company!

Shipping was fast and packing was discreet....was concerned about that but it was a plain white package that said only from "Shipping Department"
